Hmm maybe you can try a combo of cookies and sessions for the function? If not you might end up with reading cookies AND sessions on every page!

So maybe you want to test for cookies first before enabling the Log-in function.

The ministry teams can be updated by the TLs MCs and YCs. But it is barely updated, that's why I'm thinking of removing them. Or at least the SSS/S4G pages where I do not have any contents for them.

Videos is a good idea though, but how should I do it? Blog style? Currently the blog is quite a good place for videos.

Personally, you shouldn't remove the Ministry Teams, SSS and S4G pages. You might want to "reclassify" them under "Ministry Opportunities" / "Available Ministries". If you can make it more easily for the YC, MC and TL to edit those (or their own) pages, it will give the Teams more ownership / accountability for their pages. ;)

Btw, Gallery for Photos and Videos is a great idea!

Maybe we can have a specific section for "Thanksgiving and Prayer Requests"? Cause if we split this out, may be more appealing and easier to share and pray.
