Publications Ministry
The Publications Ministry's job is very simple: to add awareness of youth activities and happenings. This is achieved in two ways. Namely the Noticeboard at Level 2 and the newsletter that is released twice a year.
The noticeboard is a source of information of youth activities. For example, photos of moments during these activities are put up and updated. Announcements regarding future functions and activities are also posted under the announcements section. The other articles on the noticeboard include devotionals and inspirational thoughts that can encourage people to ponder on the Word of God and to grow in their walk with God. Aside from these articles, fun articles and quirky thoughts are sometimes put up as well to add some humour and spark to the community.
The newsletter, which is released twice a year, acts as an avenue of communication with parents of the BC Youths. The newsletter highlights key youth activities and keeps the parents informed on what we do. Some of the upcoming events are also written in the newsletter to inform parents what to expect in the near and far future. The next newsletter is due near the end of the year and will highlight past events and the upcoming EOY camp.
All in all, the Publications Ministry basically keeps everyone informed of what is going on, thus making it essentially the communication portal of the BCYouths.
